oxford white kitchen cabinets

Hi, very helpful article as I'm planning painting kitchen cabinets and trim and walls Simply White. I'm a bit scared as it's a dull north and west facing room. Our cabinets are painted gloss now and I was going to do Satin for all cabinets and trim, but I see you've chosen semi gloss. Any thoughts between the three with Oxford White already in the mix?Or any other thoughts? ...
